The beers we offer, exclusively under the Flea brand, the Umbrian craft brewery par excellence. These are unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, top fermented and refermented in the bottle.

The restaurant’s cuisine is synonymous with km 0 with a focus on fruits, grains and olive oil that are produced on the estate.
