Connections and transport

Where is Incantico located and how can I reach it?

Incantico is located in the countryside of Assisi, 12 km away from the city center.

The best way to reach us is to take the SS 75 Perugia-Foligno and then take the Santa Maria degli Angeli exit.
Then you can follow the indications first for Assisi and then for Gualdo Tadino, thus finding oneself on the SS 444.
Once you reach San Presto, you will find the indicator arrows for "Incantico".

For those coming from the direction of Ancona, on the other hand, the best route to follow is to take the SS 76 up to Fossato di Vico. Then take the SS 3 to the "Gualdo Tadino Centro" exit and from there follow the signs for Assisi, along the SS 444.
Once you reach San Presto, you will find the indicator arrows for "Incantico".

The Umbria San Francesco d'Assisi airport is less than 30 km away.

● Railway station
Assisi Train Station is 19 km away.

Is a car essential to get around?

Yes, if you mean Assisi and other towns. The resort is located 12 km away from the center of Assisi, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Upon your request, we can organize a taxi service for you.

Where can I park?

Inside the Incantico Eco Resort, there are two parking lots where you can park for free.

What services do Incantico accommodations offer?

Each lodging is equipped with an independent heating/cooling system, a bathroom with a shower, and/or a bathtub.
Some apartments also have their own kitchen and/or private garden.
Our rooms can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests at the same time. We can also give you an extra bed for a fifth person.

What is included in the price?

Bed linen, bath sponges, courtesy kit, Wi-Fi, free use of the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, detergents included), daily tidying up, and use of all the outdoor spaces of the Incantico park.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are allowed. An additional one-off cost of €30.00/accommodation will be charged for final sanitization.
Pet’s owner is responsible for the damage.

Is it possible to have a cradle for my baby?

Yes, upon advance request we can provide (free of charge) a travel cot for children up to and including three years of age.

Is there a restaurant in Incantico?

Yes. In high season the Incantico restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, exclusively for staying guests, with an advance reservation of at least 48 hours.
During the low season, it is only open for breakfast.

● Breakfast
Breakfast consists of a buffet of fruit, homemade desserts, cereals, croissants, bread, dried fruit, jams, Nutella, fruit juices, coffee, milk, tea, and herbal teas.
You can also request express dishes, such as eggs prepared to your liking, cold cuts or cheeses, plain yogurt, or crêpes.

● Dinner
Dinner is a fixed menu, consisting of three courses: appetizer, first and second course with a side dish. You can order drinks and desserts à la carte.
The starting time of the service is between 19.30 and 21.00.

Rules of booking, cancellation, payment and check-in

How can I book?

Directly from our site, by sending an email to reception@incantico.com or by calling the number. +39 075 802438.

If you can’t find the number you like please send us an email to the address mentioned above, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

What is the advantage of booking directly from the site?

By booking directly from our website, you will benefit from the best available rates and further advantages (such as online check-in).

Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm the reservation?

Upon acceptance of the offer, the payment of the deposit is not required, but during the acceptance, it is requested to release the credit card details to guarantee the reservation. This order constitutes prior authorization for the debit at the end of the stay.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. For that, you can write a letter to the address reception@incantico.com.
If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date, you pay nothing.
For cancellations after the aforementioned day, 30% of the entire stay will be retained as a penalty.
In case of a no-show, early departure, or late arrival, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.

How can I pay Incantico?

We accept cash within the limits established by law, instant bank transfers, and credit/debit card payments. We do not accept cheques.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, the room will be available from 2.30 pm. Should the arrival be delayed beyond 19:00, we kindly ask you to notify us.
On the day of departure, the сheck-out time is 10:30.
LATE CHECK-OUT is also possible if you ask the reception in advance.

What languages does the Incantico staff speak?

Italian, English and Russian.
